Check-in is from 15:00, while check-out is until 12:00. If you need to check-in earlier or check-out later, please contact our staff.
If the child does not sleep in the bed with the parents and needs a full-size single bed, this service costs PLN 120 per night. The beds are only added to the rooms of a higher standard for the comfort of travellers. Two of our rooms have been specially designed and adapted to the needs of guests with disability.
Our hotel is open to all guests, therefore all your four-legged friends are welcome too. There are no additional fees associated with this.
Refundable bookings can be cancelled up to 15:00 on the day of arrival and can be done by e-mail or phone. Fully prepaid bookings are non-refundable.
PURO Poznań offers a secure underground car park with 21 spaces (via Żydowska 20 street). The daily rate for parking is PLN 100. You may also use the outside, 24/7 guarded, parking space on Stawna Street. Please ask our hosts for more information. Information on the nearest EV charging stations is available at our Hosts.
